Teaching Design Principles
During my tenure at GoDaddy, I trained over 100 Creative Specialists in design theory with a focus on visual hierarchy, color theory, and typography. I also taught new hires how to use internal and external tooling. Some teams used an internal design tool called Composer, and other teams used Composer in conjunction with the Adobe Creative Suite. In the summer of 2022, GoDaddy launched a new product called GoDaddy Studio. I was solely responsible for upskilling the team in Studio. I revamped our core training slide decks. A sampling of training PowerPoints are showcased below.
